Over
10 years ago he purchased his first "creative" real
estate deal in Montreal. It was a foreclosure when nobody was
touching them. A quick fix up and BOOM...a tidy instant equity
position of more than $60,000 was created.
Over the years Stephen has worked on more than 200 real estate
transactions in the USA both locally and...at a distance!
Marrying his passion as a teacher and trainer with his experience
in real estate, Stephen once again took on a new direction. This
time, as a subject matter expert and real estate trainer for
some of the top real estate training companies worldwide.
As a result, over the past few years Stephen has taught creative
real estate investing and wealth principles to thousands of
students across Canada and the United States.
Stephen has active real estate investment holdings in both
countries and continues as an active investor.
Finally, Stephen is also the author of two forthcoming personal
and professional performance-based books.
