Seminars/Workshops
Fee includes first 60 attendees. If there are more than 60, not including Press and Special Guests, please add $95 per person, per program.

Terms
Payment:
50% of your fee (non-refundable), including reduced, Flat-Rate, Travel, Incidentals, Meals within USA & Canada, is required to secure date(s) and initiate program research and planning. Your balance, including cost of program materials, is due no later than 7 days prior to Program delivery.

You agree to reserve Stephen's accommodation, guaranteed late arrival, at the venue, direct-billed to your organization.

When we receive your initial investment, we irrevocably set your dates aside for you. We are out of the market, unavailable to anyone else, committed to you, to your Program --and to delivering the results you want. We plan logistics, prepare graphic materials and blueprint every detail that makes your Program a winner for you.

Your investment includes all research, planning, overall program design, appropriate humor and visual aids. Each program includes a one-pointed focus on commitment and accountability --a positive obsession producing breakthroughs for you.

Discounts:
Ask about our multi-program or multi-event discounts.
Pre-payment discount is 10% if entire Program amount is received in our office no later than 30 days prior to Program delivery.

Custom Programs:
Your custom program is carefully fitted to your group. Your industry jargon, special visual aids, examples from your industry/profession is included.  Your custom programs support your organization, it’s values, beliefs, culture and people.  Within the context of your chosen topic, Stephen addresses specific problems, challenges, breakthroughs experienced by your industry, organization and people.

Standard Programs:
For programs that are not custom, we deduct 25% from the above fees. Your audience receives an excellent standard presentation of the topic.

Event Location:
Rates and terms apply only to the United States (including: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands), and Canada.

International & Overseas Programs:
Please call for details.

Audio & Video Taping:
All material is protected by copyright. Recordings are permitted and strongly encouraged. A separate signed agreement is required.

Audio recordings are permitted for 50% of the program fee plus $19.50 per copy.

Video recordings are permitted at 75% of the program fee plus $29.50 per copy.

These are special fees only made available for your organization's internal use. All recording rights are reserved and remain the property of  Stephen Libman. No unauthorized duplication is permitted. 

The above fees are quoted in US Funds and are subject to applicable taxes. Rates effective January 1, 2010 and may be changed without notice.
